Trine Dyrholm is a famous Danish singer, songwriter, and actress best known for her roles in Queen of Hearts, Love is All You Need, and In a Better World. Dyrholm’s singing career began at the young age of eight years old in the joining of the Odense orchestra in Denmark. It was a couple years later when she received global recognition whe she placed third in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix.
Her acting career took off in 1990 with her screen debut in the teenage romance Springflod which won her the Bodil Award for Best Actress. That was before she even attended drama school. Dyrholm attended the Statens Teaterskole (Danish National School of Theatre) from 1991 to 1995. Since her graduation, she has been very active both in theatre and on screen, and has become one of Denmark’s most beloved actresses, respected both domestically and internationally.
During her career, Dyrholm has been nominated for over 50 awards including Berlin International Film Festival, FEST International Film Festival and more.
