Why?
In Katla you have a window into the Nordic lifestyle, art & culture. We base our work on the principles of cultural diversity, which is when people with different nationalities and backgrounds make a positive contribution to society by sharing their own culture, not drop it for the sake of blending in, but cultivate, share, and educate. Practice inclusivity rather than compartmentalization. Our societies are enriched because of our cultural differences, not despite them.
How?
↥ In our shop and online we sell books, ceramics, runestones, vinyl records, posters, art and other carefully curated items chosen for their Nordic authenticity, their relevance, and their artistic quality.
↥ We host and organise events. To stay updated we highly recommend you sign up to our newsletter here, send out approximately monthly.
↥ We are always open to collaborate with people with good ideas so if you have an idea for an event don’t hesitate to contact us.
